Care Leavers

Carefree offers a number of opportunities for care experienced young people aged 16 ~ 25 years

We work collaboratively with social services and other organisations to offer a wide variety of activities to care leavers

Working with young people all the way through adolescence to enable them to be resilient ~ that is to have enough support, confidence and self-awareness to be able to manage the challenges of adulthood

We support care leavers to develop their independent living skills through challenges such as cooking and using public transport. And deliver fun activities to enable them to better manage their physical, emotional, sexual health and relationships
